Hayley had her appointment with Dr. Feger (the allergist/asthma Dr) today and we were so excited about all the good news we found out! Since April (her last asthma attack and changing of meds) her lung functions have improved greatly....61% in April and 90% today!!! We are weaning off some medicines (neublizer--pray for me this makes me nervous!) and going to try a new inhaler that will replace the neb. She is growing and finally gaining weight!! Her stats are 46 pounds and 46 1/2"
Her allergies are still very severe and we are needing to be retested, its been 5 years. In order for us to do this we need to be off all meds for a week--again very scary time, hoping that maybe towards end of summer we can do this before school starts, we will just have to wait and see how and if the new medicine helps any.
