Saddle

I am SO proud of the kids, they have recieved lots of money for their birthdays and have decided that they would each take some and buy a saddle for Lighting! Tonight after we did all our chores we headed down to Mimi's so that the kids could buy it. I tell you its like we have our own personal Tack Store on Mitchell Lane, anything you could ever need or want, Mimi has in abundance and BRAND NEW...double bonus!!!

Now if Mother Nature would ever realize that we are needing and wanting to ride, and bless us with some dry days, life would be much better.

We are planning a trip in the next couple of weeks to Amish Country (aka Liberty, KY) to buy some custom made items for Lighting, he will be one sharp  looking horse when we get all done! The things Brian will do for the kids (and himself) If you don't know by now he never does anything on a small scale, its always the best and biggest of everything, he thinks money grows on trees!! Oh well, its worth it to see the enjoyment the kids are getting out of it. Can't take it with us when were gone, so might as well spend it now!
