Saturday was day 8 of Hayley having stitches in her toe, so we headed back to Max Care to have them removed. Well, looks like we have to wait another 10 days--parts of her toe has healed but the middle is still very open. Dr's are afraid if they take out the stitches on each side the middle will not hold, so we are back to square one. They are also wanting her to keep it open so LOTS of air can get to it, so looks like she will be living in flip flops these next few days. I am hoping and praying no infection and that this heals quickly, starting to get nervous. So we will try again on the 22nd for stitch removal.
