Friday, we took the kids to the annual Promise Ridge Rodeo, the weather was PERFECT for such an event. There was lots of exciting entertainment as always:
We were super close to the starting chute
the bulls were really bucking
Hunter did Mutton Bustin (sheep riding)
Bull riding only on a sheep
Brian and Jake did the greased pig relay
(wheelbarrow race to the end, grab a pig and wheelbarrow race to the other end)
Both kids chased a chicken
My little cowboy and cowgirl
Hayley was the winner of the calf chase (calf was a sheep)
Chase a calf (sheep) and grab the ribbon off it's tail!
