Holiday World with Wethington's--Day 2

Saturday morning we woke up and ate a yummy breakfast of ham and cheese biscuits! Ma and Pa don't do the ride thing so they headed home when the rest of us headed to the park.

loves of my life
mommy's girl
The park opens at 9, but they don't let you on the rides until 9:30. I sware, it was like a million people taking off when they dropped the rope running after a million dollars. I was praying that the kids didn't get trampled!!

waiting for the rides to open

The boys road the Voyage first thing while Hayley and I did some turkey whirl thing and then we headed to the Pilgrims Plunge, Brian sat out with Hayley since he and Hunter had rode this before.
We only had to wait for about 30 minutes before the water park opened, it was not bad at all. The boys and Hayley had a plan--hit all the "BIG" water rides first while Nana and I saved lawn chairs and got a locker. We met up later and did the water park thing....Hayley, Brian and I hung out together while Hunter and Denny did some of the rides. It was nice for Hayley to have some "one on two" time with the both of us and Hunter was equally excited to have Denny to pal around with! Pop and Nana headed back to camp for lunch and naps--we left the park around 4:30ish to meet Eric and Tony at Camp.

Hayley, Eric, Tony and I hung out at the campsite, we kept busy by the pool, putt putt and paddle boats, while the boys once again went back to hit some coasters.

Putt Putt
(I beat everyone!)

The paddle boats were lots of fun, we went around the lake looking at turtles and fish, we saw several. If you ask Hayley she was the only one who was paddling...she must of been one strong girl to paddle us big people around!!

This is what the Brian brought her back when they came, a huge purple dog!! Can we say she's  spoiled?!

Saturday night's entertainment was a light parade (you decorate your golf cart, bike etc) and  Karaoke at the Pavilion, Hayley had been talking about this all week long. We walked up there only to find out the equipment was broken and they had to cancel. She was one sad girl, and Brian didn't like that, so we headed to Santa Claus Grocery to get her a special snack, she chose Nilla Wafers.

(notice Eric is helping him flash gang signs--gotta love cousins!)
Hayley rode upfront with us (since its just around the corner)
and Brian was teaching her how to shift!
