Buddy Bats

It was a perfect evening to head to the Bats game...BOGO free tickets , $1 hot dogs/cokes and kids run the bases. Let me just tell you how much we LOVE the Bats, we go there all. the. time. We called our friends the Waldridges and they went with us. The kids enjoyed the game and Jessica and I enjoyed chatting and catching up. We came to the conclusion that we are in some BIG trouble when the kids get older....Kaylee and Hunter are the same age and are  Belle and Hayley.

A trip to the Bats is not complete unless you have your picture taken with all the little picture places,

 and a trip to the playground. They played TAG forever and wore themselves out!!

 Don't worry they got some more energy thanks to Jess and her cotton candy

 After the game the kids got to run the bases. This was very misleading...we thought that "running the bases" meant that you could run from home to 1,2,...NOPE!!! You got to run, like a herd, from home to 1st and then hurriedly give Buddy a high-five and off the field you went.
I tried to get in front of the kids to get pictures but wasn't allowed to do so...they rushed you..BOO!

Anyways, it was a fun filled evening! Looking forward to another fun play date soon!!
