Brian thought it would be fun to mess with the kids tonight while I was cutting his hair, so I gave him a MOHAWK!!! The kids went crazy--this is so unlike their Daddy. I purposely made it crooked so that he couldn't keep it! He told Hayley that he is going to grow out his hair and have the barber cut it the next time!

Snowed in Sleepover
I figured that since we were having another snow day yesterday that Clayton could stay all night. Since both Hunter and Hayley are in school all day now, usually its just Clayton, Brian and I. We can always find some type of trouble to get into. Although, when the kids are out of school for whatever reason, he gets super excited to play all day long with them.
As I was cooking dinner the kids thought it was fun to lead each other around the house acting like horses! Ah the imagination of a child....
He thought it was SO funny to call Brian and tell him that he took a shower in his shower.
He HAD to put on deodorant like Brian too!
We played some games,
took a few pictures
and then went to sleep in Brian's bed!
There is a reason that I only had 2 kids, I don't see how people do it with more then that--I was one worn out Momma!

WE LOVE YOU and WELCOME HOME!!
Mitchell Lane
*This post is just for you Ms. Sweazy*
I finally made remembered to take my camera to the end of the drive when I finally checked the mail on Tuesday night. We have not left the house since Sunday afternoon--that is 3 LONG days, the drive and roads are still very slick. Brian has even gotten stuck on our drive with 4 wheel drive!! Still no signs of road crews out here in the back 40, and we are doubtful we will see any!! Just glad that the snow has finally stopped for the time being--our 3 day total was 7.2"--and that is after the sun had been out for a day!

Little Farmer
Brian got a Fastline (Farming Bargain Mart) hat for renewing his subscription this week and Hunter has found it! He has wore that silly hat from the time he woke up until the time he went to bed. Wonder if we could get a discount for the free advertisement?
Whose child is she?
Last night Hayley informed me that her fingers and toes needed to be painted again. As you all know I am not one to have my fingers always manicured and painted. The few times (Brian did buy me a mani/pedi before at Great Wolf) that I have had them painted the cows really were not all that impressed! (HA HA) Living on a farm is a hands on job: feeding/watering animals twice daily, unloading feed, loading the wood stove, etc, that is just a waste of time to sit and paint your nails only to have them ruined later that day!
So, I gave in and turned the living room into a "KIDS SPA" Complete with Jonas Brothers on the TV, her favorite lunch..tuna sandwich with a Capri Sun and she even got to pick out the color of polish--hot pink! I had a great time "pampering" her, I told her she better not get used to it!

Tooth # 2
Hayley has had a loose tooth for about a week now that has gradually been getting looser and looser. She was messing with it tonight and had it barely hanging there so I pulled it! Our baby girl is getting SO big.
Here goes nothing
Yeah--it's out!
