THIS BOY IS DEDICATED....3 miles in the rain BY CHOICE

MELT MY HEART

Curler fun

Ms Thang decieded that she wanted curlers in her hair

It did turn out really cute

I think she had more fun taking it down and playing with it.

She is always making me laugh!

CC cook out

I can't begin to tell y'all how thankful I am to be part of the CC family. There was a huge transition from elementary school to middle, its was harder for me then Hunter.  These group of CC kids are the best kids I could ask for. Hard working, dedicated, fun, serious, encouraging and friends. A huge part of my heart holds these kiddos in there.

They are logging anywhere between 30-45 miles in 4 days, they have a rest day (usually on Friday) the day before meets. Hunter says this is the hardest day because he LOVES to run. Practices are a perfect mix of hard and fun.

Coach decided that they needed a fun practice day, so they went to run the trails at the State Park in the rain (kids LOVED it) and we had a huge cookout and water balloon fight!

Hayley has been adopted by the team and they make her feel as if she is one of them. I do have to say, that she has been hanging in there running--we shall see what next year holds for her. She thinks she is just as big as the older girls and has to do the same exact thing they do. (Hints the picture below)

I am so thankful for this lady....Momma Michele

we have laughed together, stressed together, cried together and made a lasting friendship just like our kids. We laugh because everyone asks if Hunter and Tab are brother and sister--NOPE---they just fight and carry on like they are!

Morning with Mom

Blessed to share Morning with Mom breakfast with my little gal. Cherishing each moment I have, she's growing up so fast

Stalkers, Followers, Friends, Family----all the same

I have a confession to make.. I AM A STALKER!!! Its really a known fact with my other "stalker friends" and it brings me much laughter and smiles during the day.    Honestly, I have to say that I blame it on Janelle, she was one of the first blogs I ever read and then I started looking at her blog list and started to "stalk" some of her friends. Its amazing how close you feel to these blogger people when you follow them daily!
Hayley because obsessed with watching Alicia and Janelle's bellies grow bigger with their 3rd child and we would have to check on "Baby Nora and Baby Mazden" each day. One click lead to another, and Jaime Mac was found. This lady has me in tears from laughing so hard--she tries to be all rough and tough but she isn't at all. Love her and all her stories with cool titles--I am jealous.

For my Psych class we had to join twitter to see how people respond to certain tweets. Well, this opened a whole new world of fun for me and and my stalkers.

Endless hours of fun, I tell you! I had to write a post about it...

No worries, we have a stalker date planned in Nov and I can't wait!!

Gramps' 90

Gramps turned 90 and we had a HUGE birthday party to help him celebrate Spitznagel style: lots of family, friends, love and food. We are so blessed that he is with us, last year this time he was a very sick man but that just goes to show how strong and determined (somewhat hardheaded) he is.

Aunt Susie had the awesome idea for each person of our family to introduce themselves, say their birthday and how old Gramps was when we were born. It was a very beautiful thing to see and hear--our family is huge and still growing.

"I'm Frank Joseph Spitznagel and I was born on September 14, 1923, becoming the first member of the Spitznagel family"

Uncle Tom is every one's favorite Uncle

I CANT begin to express how much I LOVE this picture--it brings tears to my eyes each time I look at it. GG and Gramps with some (27) of their Great Grand children, there were 7 that were not there!) All this because 2 people fell in love!

How special is it that in the year Gramps turned 90 he had 90 (actually 93 when Matt gets married in October) member of his immediate family---I am pretty proud to be a Spitznagel!
