Leaving on a (jet) plane....

in 48 days!!! That's right we found an awesome deal we couldn't resist with Vision Airlines (visionairlines.com)--round trip tickets from Louisville to Ft Lauderdale complete with two nights in a hotel (pre/post cruise) and shuttle service to and from airport and Port of Miami for less then $200 a person!!! We are flying into Ft Lauderadle because its cheaper and only 30 miles from Miami.  This is the thing that I have been stressing about the most. I have spent hours on line looking and price hotels, shuttle services, taxi prices,  etc but was NOT going to pay $80 per person to and from the port.  We were talking about driving, but 16 hours in a car is a L O N G time for anyone--they you have to pay for Port parking ($40 per day),  gas, mileage on car,  etc. So this was a much needed and answered prayer!!
Brian is excited to fly, it will be his first time and told the kids tonight at dinner he is calling "shot gun" on the window seat!! I tell you he is a bigger kid then Hunter or Hayley!! Now we are just praying for an uneventful flight and our luggage not to get lost!

Happy Thursday~

Sleeping Beauty

When I go in to check on Hayley before heading to bed, there is no telling what I will find. Last night she was sleeping like this....
Funny thing is when I put her to bed she always starts on on her right side, totally covered. She sleeps just like her Daddy....all over the place.

Horse Stalls

Brian has been working hard on getting the horse stalls ready. We set the poles a couple weeks ago but have had few dry days inbetween where we've had time to work. Today he was up and at 'em bright and early, got the roof framed up so we could hang the metal when the kids got home from school! I am so thankufl that we finally got the metal up, especially with all this crazy, rainy weather we are getting!! Now we can work under roof and get the rest of the work done!!

Easter Cantata

Team Kids presented their Easter Cantata Alive, Alive! last night and as always they did a wonderful job! I was actually able to sit back and watch this time becuase only 4 of my littles ones showed up!!  I was hoping that more would of came, but it was  nice and unexpected surprise.

So Sweet

Moments like these are when I am so thankful that I have my camera and/or phone with me at all times. Last week, Ms. Diana (Lana's mom) and Ms. Lindsey were practing a song before Team Kids. It was SO SWEET when Hayley and Lana found the other microphones and decided that they would help sing, they were really singing the same song! I am so blessed to have such an awesome daughter who loves to sing and Praise the Lord!! We are going to have to work on her and Lana singing a duet soon!

Count Down

Its been a while since I have posted anything about our Cruise. Guess its because we are at the "patiently waiting" stage--everything is complete. We only have 58 more days and we will be in setting sail! Brian wanted to be sure that our luggage was easily seen so he ordered these duffel bags, I have an idea it won't be hard to spot them!  We all are getting excited, after BEAUTIFUL weather this weekend, I am beyond ready for school to be out and us on our cruise ship!
